We are open and continue to serve your rug needs to the best of our ability. Here is a quick update on how COVID-19 related measures are affecting the service we provide:

• Our Customer Service Team can be reached on 0203 735 5044 or 0845 643 6652 (Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm) or through sending us a message via our helpdesk function.
• We are predominantly an online business and we www.therugswarehouse.co.uk (and our sister website www.therugtailor.com) are open and taking online and phone orders. The office team is kept to an absolute minimum and some of the team are working from home to keep interruptions and delays to a minimum.
• Some orders are inevitably affected by production, dispatch and courier delays due to recent lock down measures in the UK and abroad. However, these potential delays have already been incorporated into the estimated delivery information of each product. We are doing our best to keep you updated and get your orders to you as soon as possible.
• Our London showroom is closed to visitors until Tuesday, 16^th June. To ensure safety of our team and visitors, our showroom will be re-opening from Tuesday, 16th June by prior appointment only. You must make an appointment to visit. Appointments will be available during the following hours: Mon-Fri (10am-6pm) and Sat (10am-4pm) and can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. To maintain social distancing, only one household/group (up to 3 people) will be permitted entry during your appointment time. Face masks must be worn by all visitors and hands must be cleaned using antibacterial gel upon entry to and exit from the showroom. You will be provided with a mask/hand gel during your visit. • Our samples lending service (available to mainland UK customers) is re-starting on Wednesday, 10^th June. Please contact us using the helpdesk function Contact Us page if you would like to borrow a sample and our team will check if one is available for the rug you are interested in.
